To Norma, Steve and families, it is with sincere sympathy that I reach out to you today. I didn't know of Mrs. Louise, s passing until today, May 9. I regret that I didn't have the opportunity to speak with you individually, but please know that I loved Mrs. Loise and Mr. Tom with all my heart. People don't come any better. Norma, Steve and family...Louise was an amazing woman. I'm blessed to have known her and part of our family. She touched our hearts in so many ways. I loved her when I was a small child, she was so loving and kind to me and continued her love as I grew older. She was an Angel on earth with her kindness, hard working, giving, Christian values...now an Angel among the best of the best. God bless you during this sad and difficult time.

Jeff and I were saddened to hear of Louise's passing. Words seem so inadequate at times like this. Louise was a precious person who touched the lives of so many. She will be greatly missed. I have many, many treasured memories of happy times we shared over the years as I'm sure you have. Always remember the good times. We send our love and prayers.
