Dear Larry and Melinda: We were so sorry to hear about your mom's death. This
has been a difficult year for you. She appears to have been a lovely lady- we didn't
meet her, but rest assured she will be in our prayers.

Miss Blanche was one of the sweetest and caring ladies I ever had the opportunity to get to know and work with. While I never worked with her directly at O.P. Earle, we were always on the same hall for many years and I saw her love and dedication to the children under her care. She was always the same--sweet, kind, loving, ladylike--always, and always thinking of others. I am blessed to have known her.

My family and I were very Blessed to have lived on Lee St. in Landrum, S.C. Blanche and her husband Stanley, sons Larry and Steve lived across the street. I had the best childhood living on Lee St. Blanche and her family were awesome neighbors, she had a big heart for others and was so very kind to me as a child growing up. We also attended the same church, Landrum First Baptist Church. I have wonderful memories of Blanche and her sweet kindness. I know that you are in Heaven with Jesus!
