Veronica Pamela Howard

Veronica Pamela Howard, 72, of Landrum passed away at her daughter’s residence on September 1, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Born December 3, 1950 in Greenville SC to Dorance and Altie Gosnell.  Pamela worked as a textile weaver for many years and as a homemaker taking care of her grandchildren.  She loved to listen to Oldies and watch the Wizard of OZ.  She sang her grandchildren to sleep to ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband of 50 years Rockie Allen Howard, and son Daniel Lane Howard. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her children Amanda Justice and husband Teddy, Joey Howard and wife Pam, Ricky Howard and wife Ruby; grandchildren Mindy, Leeann, Ricky Ray, Kyle, Justin, Nikki, Amelia, Johnathon, Tristan and Lily; 20 great-grandchildren, and siblings Sadie, Esther, Junior, Gary and Pat.

A graveside service will be held on Monday September 11, 4:00 pm at Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs SC, officiated by Revered Lee Gosnell.
