Susan M. Lavender

Susan Melton Lavender, 77, of Campobello passed away on July 22, 2025.  She was the daughter of the late Leroy Melton, Sr. and Lula Brittain Melton and wife of the late Danny O'Neil Lavender.

She was retired from Spartanburg Regional Medical Group as a Division Director.

She is survived by a son Todd Lavender (Dawn); two brothers Stanley Melton and Leroy Melton, Jr.; seven grandchildren Brittany Lavender, Cortni Dubuc (Brandon), Brooke Lavender, Phoebe Marker, Chloe Marker, Sandlin Lavender and Richard Lavender; and two great grandchildren Brayden Lavender and Lucas Dubuc.

She was predeceased by son Scott Lavender.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Petty  Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Petty Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Brad Atkins.  Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
