Stokes K. Sheehan

Stokes Kenneth Sheehan, 92, of Campobello passed away on February 5, 2024.  He was the son of the late John Walker and Ollie Waldrop Sheehan and husband of Carolyn Bruce Sheehan.

He was a member of  First Baptist Church of Campobello and served in the US Navy.  He was a coach and teacher for over 30 years at Polk Central High School.  

He is survived by his wife Carolyn Bruce Sheehan; three children Reggie Sheehan (Tracie), Kelli Lancaster and Jeff Sheehan (Karina); two sisters Joyce Riddle (Carroll) and Barbara Eichenberger (Danny); four grandchildren Grey Lancaster, Grace Betz, Kelsey Sheehan and Brennan Sheehan; and two great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two brothers Dewey Sheehan and John Thomas "JT" Sheehan and a sister Ruth Hensley.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Petty Funeral Home.  A private family graveside service will be held.
