Steve Pierce

Steve Pierce, 77, of Landrum, SC, passed away on May 16, 2026. He was the husband of Geraline Pierce and the son of the late George and Lettie Mae Watkins Pierce.

Steve was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, watching YouTube, and taking care of his plants, but most of all, he enjoyed loving Bubie and his children. Steve dearly loved his dogs and was truly one of a kind. He never lost his sense of humor or his goofy personality, even through life's hardest moments. Steve was a good old soul who fought courageously until the very end. His daughter, Jena, said that "her daddy was always her best friend".

In addition to his wife, Geraline, he is survived by a son, Brandon Pierce (Darby); a daughter, Jena Pierce; brothers, Jerry Pierce and James "Robin" Pierce; and a grandson, Hudson Pierce.

He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Petty Funeral Home.
