Shirley Foster Tucker, 83, of Landrum went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 31, 2025 at her home after an eight year battle with Alzheimers. She was the daughter of the late Roger and Helen Ormand Foster and wife of the late Tandy W. "Buddy" Tucker.
She was a member of Columbus First Baptist Church and a graduate of Polk Central High School.
She was a beautiful Christian lady with a loving heart for all family and friends, especially her grandsons.
She is survived by two daughters Pam Burrell (David) and Cathy Cantrell (Mike); two brothers George Foster (Janet) and Walter Foster (Sharon); four grandsons Gabriel Burrell (Katy), Jansen Burrell (Alison), Elijah Burrell (Morgan); and Mason Cantrell; and two great grandchildren Josie and Charlee.
She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, baby son, two baby daughters and a brother Bob Ormand.
The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00am Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Landrum Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of her daughter Pam, 1690 Landrum Mill Road, Campobello, SC.
