Shirley Gregory

Shirley JoAnn Gregory, 73, of Landrum, SC, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at her home. 

Born in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Mary Lucille Atkins Price. Shirley loved her grand children and great-grand children, her dog, Stella, and also enjoyed reading. She was a member of Motlow Creek Baptist Church. 

Surviving are her husband, James "Don" Gregory; daughters, Lisa Kirby (Ian), Mary Cooke, and Martha Brown; two sisters, Judy Schultz (Joey) and Darlene Williams. Also surviving are eight grand children and seventeen great-grand children. 

In addition to her parents, Shirley was predeceased by two brothers, four sisters, and a great-grand child, Aviana Crowe. 

A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm, Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Motlow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Chaplain Robert Emory officiating. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 2:00pm at Petty Funeral Home prior to the service.
