Ronald Dwight McCutcheon, Sr.

Ronald Dwight McCutcheon, Sr., 68, of Landrum passed away on January 12, 2024.  He was the son of the late Charles Dwight and Jeannette Lula Jolley McCutcheon and husband of Betty Gosnell McCutcheon.

He was a member of Mountain View Church of God of Prophecy and worked for Belue's Trucking for over 30 years.

He is survived by his wife Betty McCutcheon; four children Maria Ann Steadings, Ronald Dwight McCutcheon, Jr., Teresa Ann Kelly and Jessica Lee Alexander; a brother Charles Jeffrey McCutcheon; a sister Melanie Joy Wright; eleven grandchildren Isabella McCutcheon, Bryson Handley, Nathan McCutcheon, Anna-Shai McMillan, Danny Jay Steadings II, Aubrey Alexander, Erin Alexander, Autumn Alexander, Samuel Kelly, Elizabeth Kelly and Elijah Kelly; and six great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a sister Janice Johnson.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12:00pm on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Mountain View Church of God of Prophecy.  Funeral services will follow at 12:00pm at the church conducted by Rev. Jimmy McClain and Rev. Robbie Dodd.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.
