Robert Rans Penfield, Sr.

Robert Rans Penfield, Sr., 62, of Landrum passed away on January 28, 2024.  He was the son of the late Grady O'Dell Penfield and the late Mary Elizabet McFalls Penfield.

He loved to work on cars, especially hot rods and loved dirt track and drag racing.

He is survived by his sons, T.J. Penfield (Makayla) and Josh Penfield; brothers, Mickey, John, Clifford and Paul Penfield; sisters, Kay McFalls, Tina Suddeth, Janie Long, Penny Reid, Tracey Rollins and Connie Hamilton; grandchildren, Mason Moore and Gaddison Penfield.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Janet Penfield and a brother, Michael Penfield.

At Robert's request, there will be no services planned at this time.
