Robert Carlton Jackson

Robert Carlton Jackson, 49, of Landrum passed away on August 27, 2018.  He was the son of Fred Carlton Jackson, Jr. and Mellie Louise Vogt Jackson and husband of Susan Smothers Jackson.

He was a member of First Baptist Church Landrum and was a Maintenance Technician for FedEx Ground.  He was a US Air Force Veteran.  

He is survived by his wife, Susan; his parents, Fred and Mellie Jackson; two step children Kristen Sorrell and Blake Sorrell (Madlyn) and a step grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at Petty Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Landrum First Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Mark Bishop.

There will also be a memorial service in Olive Branch, MS at 2:00pm Thursday, September 6, 2018 at La Belle Haven Baptist Church.
