Omye Joy Halford, 76, of Campobello passed away on November 8, 2022. She was the daughter of the late John Brown and Dorothy Marie Hutcherson Tessneer and wife of Ray Halford.
She had worked at Thomas & Betts.
She is survived by her husband Ray Halford; two sons Gregory Wayne Halford (Beverly) and Bobby Dean Halford (Buffy); a brother Jackie Tessneer (Lois); a sister Pat Cothran (Doug); six grandchildren Grayson, Garrison and Marra, Jennifer, Nicholas and Jessica; and nine great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Bobby Donald Tessneer, Margaret Eilzabeth Tessneer, Brown Tessneer, Jr, Lloyd Thomas Tessneer, Peggy Jean Tessneer, and Golden Brenda Tessneer.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 -11:00am Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Nathan Deatrick. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
