Obituary

Nancy L. Burda, 87, of Landrum, SC passed away Tuesday, September 05, 2023 at her residence. She was born on December 8, 1935 to the late Charles and Lucille Goodrich Guntle. On January 4, 1958, she married James V. Burda, Sr. They were the former owners of Burda Berry Farm, Fisher Lake, Three Rivers, MI.

Nancy attended Dowagiac High School. She retired from Three Rivers Public Schools.
She is survived by a son, James V. Burda, Jr.; a daughter, Debra A. (Mark) Hoeberling; a grandson, Henry James Hoeberling; and a brother, Bob Guntle.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and two brothers, David and Larry Guntle.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
