Michael Lee Jones

Michael Lee Jones, 49, of Campobello, South Carolina went to be with the lord on July 5, 2025. Mike was the son of Ellen Brown Jones and the late Francis Warren Jones. Mike is survived by his mother Ellen Jones, brothers Todd Jones (Shanna Jones) and Chad Jones (Liz Jones), six nieces and nephews and two great nephews - Matthew Shehan, Cade Jones, Josh Jones, Adam Jones (Jessica Jones), Sarah Jones, Emma Jones, August Jones, and Noah Jones.

He was known by many names, "Mikey, "Uncle Mikey", "Mike", "Homer" among others. Mikey blessed the lives of so many people. He had a heart of gold and met no enemies. Mikey was the best son, brother, uncle, and friend anyone could ask for. 

Mikey loved his family, his friends, his guns, and his favorite place in the world, The Hare & Hound. Mikey will be missed by so many people. We always joked that he should be called "The Real Mayor of Landrum" as he knew everyone and everything that came through and out of Landrum. 
Mikey leaves behind a legacy of friendship, brotherhood, and unforgettable personality that will never be forgotten. He will forever been in our hearts.

A celebration of life will be held at the Hare & Hound on Thursday July 10, 2025 from 5pm-until in the upstairs area. We are taking donations upon entry that will go to Steps to Hope, a charity that Mikey supported.
