Melvin Belue

Melvin Kenneth Belue, 77, of Landrum, SC went home to be with the Lord on October 20th, 2023.
He was recently preceded in death by his loving and devoted wife of 54 years, Linda Forrester Belue. He is also predeceased by his parents, Billy and Ida Howard Belue. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church and had been a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, and Song Leader for many years. He retired from Beverage-Air.

He is survived by two sons, Kenneth Belue of the home, and Jeffrey Belue (Amy) of Inman, a daughter, Elaine Miller (Torrey) of Landrum, 2 brothers, Doug Belue (Jean) of Zirconia, NC and John Belue (Ann) of Landrum; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, October 23rd, 2023, at Petty Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, at Bible Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Tommy Turner and Rev. Robbie Dodd. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
