Mary Alice Bruce

Mary Alice Bruce, 99, of Landrum passed away on April 19, 2025.  She was the daughter of the late Anton and Julia Saitl Dolnik and wife of the late Luther Calvin "Bill" Bruce.

She was a member of Landrum Freewill Baptist Church.   She worked at many places in her life including Community Cash,  Belue Hosiery Mill, CVS and Revco.

She is survived by two sons Garry Bruce and Barry Bruce; a daughter Debbie Tucker; a brother Allen Dolnik; a sister Dorothy Kaminski; six grandchildren Kevin Bruce, Eric Bruce, Ashley Smith, Keisha Dawalt, Summer Parsons and Caleb Bruce; seven great grandchildren Austin Bruce, Bethany Bruce, Leah Smith, Aidan Smith, Addison Dawalt, Jordyn Dawalt and Tatum Bruce.

She was predeceased by a daughter Billie Marie Bruce and a brother Jerry Dolnik.

The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00pm Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Petty Funeral Home.   A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Kevin Bruce, Rev. Josh Dawalt and Rev. Matthew Smith.  Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
