Martha Ellen Cooper

Martha Ellen Cooper, 71, of Inman passed away on  Friday, August 18, 2023.  She was the daugthter of the late Virgil Price and Margaret Clayton Drake and wife of Buddie Cooper.

Martha was a member of Cudd Memorial Baptist Church and was retired from Hoke.  She was a wonderful, loving Mimi and an advocate of the special needs community.

She is survived by her husband Buddie Cooper; her daughter Lindsay Berry and husband Nick; two sisters Betty Shields and Dianne Shearon; two brothers Kenneth Drake and Randy Drake; and two grandsons Rhett and Drake Berry.

She was predeceased by a sister Ollie Mae Jackson and a brother Glenn Ray Drake.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 2:30pm at Cudd Memorial Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Kenny McDowell, Rev. Bill Harris and Rev. Chris Showen.
