Marshall Scott Fowler, 87, of Campobello, SC, passed away on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Born in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Walter Scott and Irene Bright Fowler. Marshall was the widower of Ann Fowler. Marshall enjoyed farming, bee keeping, flying, racing, and the sawmill. He offered his supervision and opinion often to those around him in laughter and love. Marshall loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Linwood Fowler (Tammy), and Murrah Fowler (April); and a daughter, Melissa Keeney. Also surviving are five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, Marshall was predeceased by three brothers, Wayne Fowler, John Fowler, James Fowler; a sister, Ann Fowler Clayton; and a grandson, Jacob Fowler.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00p.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Petty Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Seay officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. prior to the service.
Burial will be in First Baptist Church of Gowensville Cemetery.
