Louise "Coot" Burrell

Louise Nodine "Coot" Burrell, 93, of Landrum passed away on August 2, 2024.  She was the daughter of the late Boyce and Lina Pittman Nodine and wife of the late Buford Isaac "Buck" Burrell.  She was a member of Landrum First Baptist Church where she was active in the nursery for many years.  She kept children in her home for many years.

She is survived by a son Jerry Burrell (Wendy); a daughter Chris Burrell; three grandchildren Tiffany Moore, Alex Burrell (Kierstyn) and Tyler Burrell (Stephanie); and six great grandchildren Grayson Burrell, Isaac Moore, Silas Moore, Harper Burrell, Brooks Burrell and Rylee Burrell.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00am Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Petty Funeral Home.  The funeral will follow at 11:00am at the funeral home chapel conducted by Rev. Mark Bishop.  Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
