Lois Hall Obituary

 

Lois Elizabeth Hall, 98, of Inman passed away on March 4, 2021.  She was the daughter of the late J. Samuel Stone and Estella Rebecca Watson Stone Mathis and wife of the late Edgar "Ed" Hall.

She was a member of Holston Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Spartanburg District One Schools.  She is survived by a daughter Ann West on Inman; a son Roger Hall (Brenda) of Roebuck and a brother Lige W. Mathis, Jr. (Jerry) of Spartanburg.

She was blessed with five grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild due in August.  She was predeceased by a daughter, Lorene Williams and several brothers and sisters.

The family would like to thank the staff of Providence Care Hospice and the many friends for their love and care over the years for their mother.

The family is at the home of Rusty and Angie Pruitt.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens conducted by Dr. Reggie Parker and Rev. Keith Kelly.  Social distancing guidelines must be observed.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holston Creek Baptist Church, 311 Holston Creek Church Road, Inman, SC  29349.
