Laura Horton

Laura Peace Horton, 68, died Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Lake Emory Post Acute Care in Inman.
Born in Tryon, NC, she was the daughter of Juanita Coates and the late Ray Peace. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her mother is a son, Daniel McHan; a brother, Ray Peace, Jr.; two sisters, Nancy Bridgeman and Cynthia Peace. Also surviving is a grandson, D.J. McHan.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Lynn Stewart officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 2:00pm prior to the service.
