Judy Blackwell Collins, 80, of Boiling Springs passed away on April 24, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Barney and Cleo Evans Blackwell and wife of Gary Collins.
She worked as a teacher at Skyland Elementary and as a DSS Children's Services specialist.
She is survived by her husband Gary Collins; two sisters Elaine Fowler (Donny) and Patricia Hall; a nephew Stacey Fowler and wife Melony and two nieces Sheri Williamson and Christine Tittle and husband Bart. She was predeceased by two nephews Lee and Tony Fowler.
The family will have a private service.
