Joyce Ann Greene

Joyce Ann Greene, 64, of Landrum, SC, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Upstate Community Hospice House, Landrum, SC.

Born in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of Harold and Claudia Tessener Painter, and the wife of Roy Greene, Jr. Joyce loved her grandchildren, music, gardening, flowers, and nature. 
She was a homemaker, and will be missed by all her family and friends. 

Surviving are her husband, Roy Greene, Jr.; parents, Harold and Claudia Painter; a son, Brent Greene (Casey); three brothers, Leslie (Liz) Painter, Billy Painter, and Jimmy (Diana) Painter; grandchildren, Emily and Eli Greene; two aunts, Evelyn Duke and Lois Fowler. Also surviving are her sisters in law, nieces, and nephews. 

The family will have a private service at a later date.
