On September 26, 2021, John Thomas Dickerson, 64, of Campobello, South Carolina, peacefully went home to be with the Lord.Born on August 7, 1957, John was the oldest of four children born to John and Frances Dickerson.

John loved the Lord and loved serving Him through the years. He invited people he met to join him at church. He was a member of the lawn care committee and helped at the newcomer's luncheons and gave generously to anyone who needed help.

John loved the outdoors; especially hiking, fishing, water skiing, scuba diving, skydiving and target shooting at the gun range.

John was preceded in death by his father, John L. Dickerson.

He is survived by his mother, Frances Dickerson, his sisters Cynthia Wrains, (John) Sandra Reckell (Dave) and Pamela Dickerson. He is also survived by his nephew Christopher Wrains, (Charon), niece Ashley Rowe (Corey) and 6 great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 10:00am Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Pastor Henry Johnson.
