Jean Woolard Porter

Jean Woolard Porter, 87, of Inman, SC passed away on January 7, 2025.  She was the daughter of the late William Albert and Lillian Woolard and wife of the late Kenneth Arthur Porter.  She was raised by the late Carney Lee and Retha Mae Woolard.

She is survived by daughters Kimberly McMillan and husband Henry, and Judith Zschocher and husband Robert; granddaughters, Rebekah Fowler (Ray) and Katherine Townsend (Jered), and Kimberly and Audrey Zschocher; grandsons, Thomas McMillan (Anna) and Nathan McMillan, and Joshua Zschocher; great grandchildren Andrew Gray, Everleigh McMillan, Avery Fowler and Oakleigh McMillan; and a brother Harold Wayne Woolard.

She was predeceased by a great grandson Oakland McMillan; three brothers Melvin Woolard, Tommy Woolard and Carl Woolard; and three sisters Frances Williams, Carol Faye Dekle and Reba Hamilton.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Motlow Creek Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Jeff Valentine.   Burial will follow at Motlow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends following the burial in the church sanctuary.
