Hugh Raymond Mathis

Hugh Raymond Mathis, 74, of Inman passed away on June 9, 2021.  He was the son of the late Raymond Marvin and Frances Ford Mathis.

He  retired from the Salvation Army as a fund raiser.  He served in the US Army.  He was a member of Jackson Grove United Methodist Church and was a member of Inman Masonic Lodge #201 and the AFP.

He is survived by Willmond Vincent "Vince" Mathis; a daughter Lorianne "Lori" Mathis Hinsey; and four grandchildren Loren Storm Hinsey, Parker Vincent Mathis, Owen Russell Mathis, Jasper Perry Mathis.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 11, 2021 at Petty Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00pm.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Petty Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Mike Bowers.
