Herbert Ward Obituary
Herbert Hoover Ward, 92, of Landrum passed away on February 8, 2022. He was the son of the late Henry and Angeline Howard Ward and husband of Mildred Bradford Ward.
He was retired from Mohawk Industries and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred; four step children, Debra Byrom, Anthony Byrom, Marvin Byrom, and Bruce Byrom (Shari); three sisters Ann Rollins, Elsie Ford and Docia Pace; and a grandson Brentt Thomas.
He was predeceased by a son Danny Ward; a daughter Cheryl Thomas; a granddaughter Ashlee Thomas; five brothers Jay, Marvin, Clarence, Ronald and Donald Ward; a sister Evelyn Gosnell; and a step son Fred Byrom.
A private service will be held.
