Glenn "Cowboy" Coleman Jordan

Glenn "Cowboy" Coleman Jordan, 85, of Tryon passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.  He is the son of the late Ira and Drucilla Kimberlin Jordan and husband of Beverly Morris Jordan.

He was a member of Peniel Baptist Church and a retired construction worker with Appletuck Construction.

In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons, Danny Jordan, Tony Jordan and a daughter, Diane Jones  all of VA; three brothers, Leonard and James Jordan of West Jefferson, NC and Carroll Jordan of Richmond, VA; a sister, Betty Bare of Forest City, NC; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two brothers, William and Lloyd Jordan and two sisters, Dorothy Bumgardner and Barbara Pennington.

A graveside service will be held 1:00pm Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Peniel Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Steve Price.  Social distancing is encouraged.
