Mary Geraldine "Gerrye" Clegg,90 of Landrum passed away on March 3,2023. She was the daughter of Wyatt and Nova Benford Clegg. She was born in Mississippi and raised in Georgia.
Gerrye was an English Literature Professor at Tennessee Wesleyan College, moved to South Carolina, and as a long time resident of Landrum was the owner of the Book Hound book store. She was an avid animal lover and beloved friend.
A private service will be held at a later date.
