Estelle E. Lewis

Estelle E. Lewis, 99, of Campobello passed away on May 16, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Gurley and Sudie Mae Belcher Edmonds and wife of the late Francis Marion "Dit" Lewis.

She was a homemaker, a farmer and  the oldest living member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by sons, Larry E. Lewis (Patty) of Campobello, M. Lynn Lewis (Gail) of Inman;  daughters, Elaine "Laney" Jones (Curtis) of Gramling and Sue Phillips (Roger) of Landrum;  sisters Johnnie Blackwood and Judy Larkin; five grandchildren Melissa Lewis, Shana Lowe, Ryan Phillips, Micah Lewis and Matthew Lewis; 8 great grandchildren Kayse, Kallie and Kristen Lowe; Eli and Tallulah Phillips; Brooklynn, John-Henry and Emmeigh Lewis; 2 great great grandchildren Elsie and Ava.

She was predeceased by  sisters Ruby Lee and Margaret Lancaster.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Friday, May 20, 2022 at Petty Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Walnut Hill Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Scott Lewellen. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
