Elayne (Neal) Pittman

Elayne Neal Pittman, 80, of Mill Spring, NC passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at Fair Haven of Forest City. Born in Spartanburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Hall Neal. She was the wife of the late Donald Ralph Pittman.

Left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Carmen Pittman Tavernia; three grandchildren, Hannah Kelly, Quincy Tavernia, and Donald Tavernia; 7 great grandchildren; one sister, Kay Smith; and one brother, Wayne Neal. In addition of her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by two sisters, Emily Ballew, and Bobbie Clayton.

A funeral service will be held on September 3, 2024, at 11:00am at Petty Funeral Home with the Rev. Hubert Street officiating. A private burial will be at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, in Tryon, NC on another date.
