Donald Ray Pack

Donald Ray Pack, 84, of Columbus passed away June 12, 2023 at Upstate Community Hospice House. 

A native of Polk County, NC, he was the son of the late John Robert and Virene Toney Pack. He was the husband of Ramona McSwain Pack. Donald was a veteran of the United States Army. He was also a member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Ramona Pack; two sons, Eric and Sean Pack (Rhonda); a brother, James Edward Pack; four grandchildren, Blair Tarter (Cassie), Natalie Pack Brown (Austin), Remington Pack (Lilli), and John Russell Pack. Also surviving are three great grandchildren, Banks Tarter, Evelyn Tarter, and Raleigh Brown. 

Donald was predeceased by a brother, John Robert Pack, Jr.

The family will receive friends, Friday, June 16, 2023, 1:00p.m. - 2:00p.m. at Hickory Grove Baptist Church.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00p.m with Dr. Jeremy McCarver and Rev. Gary Lockee officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
