Dixie Gosnell Jenkins, 79, of Landrum, passed away on November 30, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Edna Faye Gosnell and wife of Bobby "Warp" Jenkins.
She was a member of Pacolet Baptist Church and attended First Baptist Church Gowensville. She was a bookkeeper and accountant at Tryon Lumber. She loved to go antiquing and thrift shopping.
In addition to her husband, Bobby "Warp", she is survived by a son Chris Jenkins (Lynn); sisters, Victoria Wilson and Anna Litteral (Andy); grandchildren, Jordan Snively (Tucker), Taylor Bishop (Gavin), Easton Jenkins (Hannah), Gracelyn Lance and Brayden Lance; great grandchildren, Adeline Bishop and Teddy Snively; special friends, Debbie Denton, Lydia Mullet, Cindy Robertson, Carol Walker, Judy Smith and Joan Williams Merrill. Laurie Rivers, who was like her adopted daughter.
She was predeceased by her son, Rodney Jenkins.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM Monday, December 4, 2023 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM in the funeral home chapel conducted by Dr. Chad Rickenbaker. Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
