Clarence A. Henson

Clarence Adolphus Henson, 78, of Landrum passed away on April 2, 2021.  He was the son of the late Guy Adolphus and Nettie Caroline Steadman Henson and husband of the late Geneva Howard Henson.

He was a member of Ebenezer Welcome Baptist Church and retired from the SC DOT.

He is survived by two brothers Carroll Dean Henson (Kathy) and J.W. Henson (Velma); sister Frances Howard; four step children Cheryl Sexton, Freida Good, Wanda Slatton and Tyler Campbell; and grandchildren Jamie Howard, Jody Waldron, Sabrina Garrett, Sarina Campbell, Scotty Slatton, Wade Slatton, Darlene Heath and Charlene Pittman; and his girlfriend Michelle Broome.

He was predeceased by two sisters Marie and Barbara and stepson, Jimmy Howard.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Ebenezer Welcome Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Vince Gainey.
