Christine "Rena" Elizabeth (Anders) Solesbee

Christine "Rena" Elizabeth Anders Solesbee, 80, of Lyman, passed away on June 20, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Robert Ben and Mary Lucille Oliver Anders and the wife of the late Samuel Ray Solesbee.

She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and loved the Lord.  She couldn't wait to see Him and as her time on earth drew near she grew closer to Him.  She loved working puzzles and watching Jimmy Swaggart but most of all she loved her family. 

She is survived by a son, Revie Morris (Angie); daughters, Kathy Browder (Mike) and Patty Edmonds; grandchildren, Wendy Revan, Brittany Peters, Dustin and Shelby Morris, Amy Simmerman, Amanda Stroud, Travis Palm and Brandy Greene; great-grandchildren, Briley Daniels, Brevin Peters, Bryson, Brooks and Beau Morris, Brantley Simmerman, Addison and Jackson Stroud, Courtland Williams, Braxton Escary, Brie Simpson, Marcus Revan, Rhyslynn and Hudson Palm; a great great-grandchild, Gayvn Williams.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Joey Morris; brothers, Bill and Whimp Oliver; sisters, Patricia Seay, Linda Revels and Jo Ann Gosnell.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Petty Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 2:00PM in the funeral home chapel conducted by Dr. Henry Johnson and Rev. Brian Stokes.  Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
