Carolyn Kimbrell Jurrus

Carolyn Kimbrell Jurrus, 72,  passed away December 5, 2024 at her home. 

Born on October 25, 1952 in Spartanburg South Carolina to the late Roy and Emily Kimbrell.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Margie Kimbrell and Shirley Abernathy; three brothers, Winfred Kimbrell, Bruce Kimbrell and Dale Kimbrell.

Survivors include three sisters Geraldine Owens, Eleanor Williams and Doris Moore; a brother Wayne Kimbrell; her beloved dog Rocky and many neices and nephews.

Her happy place was working in her yard, taking care of her fish ponds and her many adventures with her sister  and best friend Eleanor.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday December 10, 2024 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at Petty Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
