Bobby Jerry Searcy

Bobby Jerry Searcy, 86, of Tryon passed away on November 11, 2020.  He was the son of the late Lemmons Bobby and Ida Texie Stockton Searcy and husband of Lois Rhodes Searcy.

He was a graduate of Green Creek High School class of 1952.  He was retired from Milliken.

He is survived by his wife Lois R. Searcy; two sons Bobby Joe Searcy (Gloria) and Ray Blanton; a step daughter Sonya McVey (Dave); a brother David Searcy (Brenda); four sisters Louise West, Shirley McEntire (Forrest), Hazel Phillips (Jerry) and Betty Meekins; and three granddaughters Jessie, Natasha and Jamie.

He was predeceased by a brother Joe Searcy and a sister Margaret Horton.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00pm Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Petty Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm at the funeral home chapel.
