Bobby Glenn Searcy, 86, of Columbus, passed away April 5, 2023 at Lake Emory Post-Acute Care in Inman. A native of Polk County he was son of the late Buford and Luraney Couch Searcy and husband of the late Fay Marie Hall Searcy.
He was a retired supervisor for Polk County Landfill and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include one son, Randy Searcy; one daughter, Rhonda Crow; a step daughter Tina Searcy; a sister, Blanche Scates and grandchildren, Ashley Squires, Kristi Bright, Brandi Searcy and Jacob Searcy; nine great-grandchildren.
He was pre deceased by a son Mark Searcy; a grandson, Jon Searcy; brother, Gene Searcy and a sister, Arvenia Price.
The family will receive friends on Saturday April 8, 2023 from 2:00 to 3:00 at Petty Funeral Home a funeral service will follow at 3:00pm conducted by the Rev. Reid Cooper.
