Billy Belue

Billy Walker Belue, 95, of Landrum, SC passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022.

Born in Landrum, SC, he was the son of the late Tally and Bertha Brock Belue and the husband of the late Ida Howard Belue. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church and had been a deacon and Sunday School teacher for many years. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and his bees. He was also a life member of the NRA.

Surviving are three sons, Melvin Belue (Linda), Doug Belue (Jean), and John Belue (Ann); a sister, Betty Burgess; eleven grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by three brothers and a sister.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Tommy Turner officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm prior to the service.

Burial will be in Landrum City Cemetery.
