Betty Jo (Ramsey) Culbreth

Betty Jo Ramsey Culbreth "Nonnie", 85, of Inman, went home to be with the Lord on January 16, 2022.  She was the daughter of the late Ona and Mary E. Pritchard Ramsey and wife of the late Clyde Lewis Culbreth.

She was a long time member of Parkway Baptist Church.  She loved Jesus with her whole heart and His light shined through her anywhere she went.  She met everyone with a smile and a big Nonnie hug.  Her family was her treasure here on Earth.  She spent her entire life pouring her heart into her family.  She looked forward to spending eternity in Heaven and told her family it would be "A Beautiful Day" when she went Home.  It was a beautiful day indeed.

She is survived by a son, Robert Culbreth (Beverly) of Inman; two daughters, Phyllis Ballew (Michael) of Campobello and Susan Drake (Randy) of Inman; two brothers, George and Billy Ramsey;  grandchildren, Tina Spivey (Mark), Tara Clayton (Lake), Dustin Drake (Mallory) , Starr Drake, Megan  Mullikin (William), Tanner Culbreth; great grandchildren, Jordon Spivey (Jordan) , Bryson Clayton, Braelyn and Kamdyn Foster, Amrey and Rowan Drake, Emmy Shay, Ellis Kate, Evie Lou and Finn Mullikin; great great grandchildren, Lyla and Lanie Jo Spivey.

In addition to her husband Clyde, she was predeceased by five brothers, Rev. Jimmy, Bud, June, Robert and Doyle Ramsey; two sisters, Sandra "San" Allison and Edna "Bid" Butler.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00PM Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Parkway Baptist Church.  A memorial service will follow at 2:00PM at the church conducted by Rev. John Smith and grandson, Rev.  Dustin Drake.
