Barbara Louise (Neal) Clayton

Barbara Louise Neal Clayton, of Landrum, passed away on October 30, 2020.  She was the daughter of the late Robert Lawton and Lillian Marie Hall Neal and the wife of the late Robert "Donald" Clayton.

She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church and retired from South Carolina Elastic.  She was a very generous and giving lady and did beautiful hand embroidery.

She is survived by sons, Kenneth, Mark (Janet), Terry and Shannon Clayton; daughters, Nancy Lanford (Reggie) and Donna Phillips; a brother, Wayne Neal; sisters, Emily Ballew, Elayne Pittman and Kay Smith; 14 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Monday, November 2, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Evergreen Memorial Gardens conducted by her son, Mark Clayton.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Foothills Humane Society, 989 Little Mountain Rd, Columbus, NC 28722.
