Anne Ferguson Davin, 96, passed away peacefully in her home in Tryon, North Carolina, on August 8, 2024. Anne was born on April 27, 1928, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and was the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Betty) Ferguson.
Anne graduated from Miami University of Ohio, where she majored in Bacteriology. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and an avid golfer. Anne was an accomplished wood carver, artist, and jewelry maker. She also loved to travel and enjoyed walks along the beach collecting shells.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-five years, William (Bill) Davin and her sister Sallie Heidler. She is survived by three sons, Bill Davin, Jr. (Donna Carol), Brad Davin (Rhonda), and Jeff Davin (Rosa), eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
