Ada Greene

Ada Cooper Greene, 87, of Campobello, S.C., went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 12, 2023 at Rosecrest, Inman, S.C.

A native of Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Lewis and Grace Ally Cooper.  Ada was the widow of the late Johnnie H. Greene. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. 

Surviving are a son, Kenneth Greene (Rene) of Inman; a daughter, Doris Blackwell (Jerry) of Campobello.; two brothers, James Cooper of Inman and Harold Cooper of Campobello; two sisters, Linda Plumley of Campobello and Betty Lee of Pauline; four grandchildren, Amanda, Kennedi, Tiffany, and Ashton. Also surviving are two great grandchildren, Hudson and Jett. 

Ada was predeceased by a great grandson, Hayden Harris

A graveside service will be held at 11:00a.m., Friday, June 16, 2023 at North Pacolet Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Tommy Turner and Rev. Tyree Smith officiating.
