Robert Glenwell Harvey

Robert Glenwell Harvey, 96, of Tryon, NC passed away October 19, 2018 at his home.  He was the son of the late Russell Winston and Ella Garland Dillard Harvey.

He worked as an engineer. Bob was a classical pianist and piano instructor.  Many of his students are accomplished pianists.  He was a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by six nieces and nephews; eleven great nieces and nephews; eighteen great great nieces and nephews  as well as many friends and acquaintances in Atlanta, Tryon and at the Hare and the Hound in Landrum. In addition to his Father and Mother he was predeceased by three brothers and two nephews.

Graveside services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Decatur Cemetery, 229 Bell Street, Decatur, Georgia  30030.
