Merle "Clinton" Scofield, Jr. Obituary

 


Merle "Clinton" Scofield, Jr. 93, of Landrum, SC formerly of Jamestown, NY, passed away on April 7, 2019.  He was the son of the late Merle Clinton and Mildred Evelyn Seagar Scofield.

He served in the US Army during WW II and retired as a comptroller with the banking industry.

He is survived by his daughter Crystal Carr and her husband Ken; sisters, Kay Mighells and Jackie Bloomquist.  He is also survived by numerous grandchilren and great grandchildren.

Services will be private.  Burial will be in Bemus Point Cemetery in Ellery, NY.
