Mallie (Scoggins) Yelton

 Mallie Scoggins Yelton, 78, of Green Creek passed away on March 9, 2018.  She was the daughter of the late Horace and Viola Pack Scoggins and widow of Charles Yelton.

She was a member of Green Creek Baptist Church and was retired from Mayfair Mill.

She is survived by a son, Randy Yelton (Gwen); two daughters, Sylvia Thomas (Todd) and Joyce Hamrick (Darrell); a brother, Arthur Scoggins (Corine); a sister Mary Belue (Delmar); 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Claude Scoggins.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00pm Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Melvin Hill Church of the Brethren.  Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm at the church conducted by Rev. Craig Scruggs.  Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Greer, SC.

The family is at the home of Joyce Hamrick.
