James Calvin Ravan

 James Calvin Ravan, 70 of Landrum passed away April 29, 2017 at Hospice House of The Carolina Foothills.  He was the son of the late J. C. and Ruby Walker Ravan and husband of the late Doretta Mae Thompson Ravan.

He was in the US Air Force and retired from US Army National Guard, of the Baptist faith and self employed.

He is survived by a son, Cameron Ravan(Kerry); two daughters, Michele Ravan Emory(Brian), Melissa Renee Ravan, a grandson, Jerreth Emory and his brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Petty Funeral Home.   Funeral services will be held 11:00am Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at Petty Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Fred Seigfried.  Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 260 Fairwinds Road, Landrum, SC  29356.
