It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Heitman, affectionately known as Fran. Fran passed away October 10,2018. She was preceded in death by her mother Frances Heitman, her grandmother Lillian Harris and grandfather Edgar Harris. Fran is survived by her son Ell Peabody, daughter-in-law Donna, and grandchildren Lillian and Honora.
Fran was a teacher with a career spanning over 30 years. Most of which was spent at Rock Hill High School teaching college prep and honors English. In her spare time Fran enjoyed the company of her family, her many friends, pets, and a love of playing bridge.
A memorial service will be held October 20, 2018 at St. John's United Methodist Church in Rock Hill SC, at 2:00 p.m. Those who so desire may make donations to their local animal rescue in memory Fran.
