So very sorry for your great loss. My family and I were very blessed to have lived on S. Lee Ave. in Landrum, S.C. across the road from the awesome Walden family. I have wonderful memories of Mr. Walden and his family. May God Bless each one of you during this difficult time. We know that Mr. Walden is in his Heavenly home in his new body walking on the streets of gold with our Lord. Love & (((hugs)))

Sending my sincere sympathy to the family of Cliff. When I purchased the hardware store from James and Doris, Cliff was a frequent customer. He always knew exactly what he needed and often could find it before me. I soon came to know him as a friend and certainly admired his contributions to the town of Landrum and especially his commitment to the Landrum Schools. He will be missed.

On behalf of the members of Landrum Lodge No. 278 A.F.M. and the Grand Lodge of South Carolina and our 33,000 members in South Carolina, we offer our deepest sympathy and condolence to the family and to our brother Freemasons. We mourn the passing of our dear friend and brother, but we also, rejoice in the knowledge of both his strong faith and his great life of service to so man, Bro. Cliff was always an inspiration to those around him. His service to others, and his leadership was a great example to many of his faith. He touched many lives and I know from my experience with him over the last 38 years in Freemasonry, he has heard the greatest words, that can be heard, His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master!’

We mourn today the loss of our dear friend and brother but thank God for having the great opportunity to walk with Bro. Cliff a short while on this earth, and work together side by side.

Our deepest sympathy!

This sweet man was one of the best! He always was making me laugh. I loved him like a second dad and he had a heart of gold. So glad I had the opportunity to know this man. Heaven had gained another Angel and one day we will laugh together again. With deepest sympathy to all and Nancy he thought you were his Angel here on earth. Hugs to you. Sonya

I have known Mr. Walden for over 50 years and it was a priviledge to know such a good man.
