Charlie Barnette Obituary
Charlie Wayne Barnette, 80 of Green Creek, NC passed away January 1, 2019. He was the son of the late William and Edna Mae Prince Barnette and husband of the late Carolyn Metcalf Barnette.
He was a member of Green Creek Baptist Church and was a machinist with Ingersol Rand.
He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Candace and Sean Hyde of Floyds Knobs, Indiana; two grandchildren, Ian Hyde and J.C. Hyde; and a sister Vernell McDowell of Columbus, NC.
He was predeceased by a son, Darren W. Barnette.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Saturday January 5, 2019 at Green Creek First Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
